Call Intake

  • Must be able to answer a multi-line phone system.
  • Extensive computer and database expertise, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and type no less than 35 wpm.
  • Set work priorities without supervisor assistance and works independently on a team.
  • Follow established firm rules and guidelines to include maintaining necessary files to ensure quality standards are met.
  • All and any other projects or job duties that may be assigned. Maintain a confidential, HIPAA compliant environment.
  • Strong writing and communication skills along with attention to detail.
  • Helps to maintain a strong culture of employee engagement, including employee motivation, inspiration, and development.
  • Work effectively with colleagues to address and resolve issues and improve customer service.
  • Full-time Shift
  • Pay Range-According to Experience.

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
