Requirements

• Must be able to answer a multi-line phone system
• Extensive computer and database expertise, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and type no less than 35 wpm
• Set work priorities without supervisor assistance and works independently on a team
• Follow established firm rules and guidelines to include maintaining necessary files to ensure quality standards are met
• All and any other projects or job duties that may be assigned. Maintain a confidential, HIPAA compliant environment
• Strong writing and communication skills along with attention to detail
• Helps to maintain a strong culture of employee engagement, including employee motivation, inspiration, and development
• Work effectively with colleagues to address and resolve issues and improve customer service
