Some of the many services we provide are wheelchair, and mobility challenged transports.  Price’s are as follows:

  Wheelchair: $35.00 pick-up + $3.00 per mile
                          $55.00 round trip + $3.00 per mile


Ambulatory: $8.00 pick-up + $1.00 per mile after first (5) miles

Out-of-County: $35.00 pick-up fee

Transport with oxygen, add:  $20.00

 There will be a one-way charge for a “Dry Run”:      $25.00
 

 
* Personal attendants, caregivers, escorts, etc. ride free with patient.

 
* Any patient weighting greater than 300 lbs. may require additional staff or specialized equipment, and must be evaluated on a case by care basis.  There may be additional charges

 This service is not a covered benefit of Medicare / Medicaid
